Our NACHI Certified Home Inspectors perform thorough, top-down inspections of residential and commercial properties.

What may be appropriate for one site will not be appropriate for another, so we ensure that the inspections we carry out are tailored to the property concerned. The items below give a general idea of what we cover, but should the need arise, our fully-licensed team includes Master Electricians, Journeymen Plumbers, Mechanical Contractors, Residential Builders, and Professional Engineers*.

*For a complex facility, we apply a specialized team approach to cover specific systems; Electrical, Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing. If your purchase doesn’t require (or justify the investment of) having these professionals involved, typically you will meet with one inspector. If your purchase does require specialized expertise, we have it.
